Creating Future Leaders

Training students in forward-thinking technologies

Did you know that many of the careers that current high schoolers will pursue have yet to be invented?

At the Denham Springs High School STEM and Robotics Center, we are creating pathways of innovation for students in the Denham Springs area. We teach courses designed by industry professionals, provide industry-standard certification, and prepare students to be leaders through advanced extra-curricular programs.

We believe that community outreach is key to inspiring technological growth in our area. You’ll see us at elementary and middle schools, hosting STEM-focused events, and even bringing our student-created designs to parades.

We are working to bring Denham Springs and our entire Livingston Parish community into the 21st Century – One student at a time.

“We are affording our students opportunities that have never been offered before in Livingston Parish. Through our STEM Pathways and extra-curricular activities, our students are learning valuable skills that will last far beyond high school.”

“We are not teaching our students how to finalize an end product. We are in the business of showing them how to invent, how to innovate, and how to know more today than they did yesterday. We are in the business of showing them the journey of success.”

“The digital media pathway prepares students to understand the large and complex world of digital media and how these platforms can be used to share information and tell stories. They are learning how to narrate the experiences of their lives.”

“Every step along the path of innovation takes a willingness to risk failure. By allowing students to implement concepts such as the engineering design process in real-life situations, we are creating  professionals ready to take risks in designing the future.”
